Replacement Blade

Can anyone help with advice lawnmower blade replacement?

I think we should replace the blade on my lawnmower electric is wrong with notches and cracks. No I just got one of the same length of a hardware store, and loosen the nuts and bolts and replace it? Does a new blade must be sharpened with a stone to remove the paint from the factory? If So how can I? I have a hand grindstone. Thanks for the tips good out there.

Just get a piece of the same length and the bolt. Nothing more needed. Just make sure you do it on the right side down – sounds silly, I do not think that many people install sheets face down.
