What kind of digital scale can accommodate 100kg and monitor ~100g/min trickle flow?

I need to monitor the volume of a tank of water which will be filling at 100mL/minute. My current scale cannot accommodate such a slow rate of fill.

You could also use a capacitance probe to measure the tank level, though if the temperature changes much the density change could bollix that.
