commercial kitchen exaust & ductiong?
how to design exhaust & ducting ,with problems
I’m not sure why you would want to design a exhaust system with problems. But depending where you are there are regulations for commercial kitchen exhaust systems. For instance in Ontario Canada you must have engineered stamped drawings complete with fire suppression system and make up air as well a the exhaust fan and ducting. Hope this helps a bit.
